Try "Porsche Excellence", they have an extensive list of Porsche aftermarket companies that make anything you need. It's a good magazine and should help you with what you need, as in contacts and numbers.

Even though Porsche's method of boosting power has been turbocharging, most Porsche owners are suggested to go with supercharging their normally aspirated engines, because to make a really good turbocharged engine, you need to engineer the engine to use a turbocharger. Superchargers usually work just as fine (if not better because of the instant response) than a turbocharger, and they would be more compatible with an originally normally aspirated engine. Believe me, if he decides to supercharge his engine, it will not lose any of it's "Porsche-ness." Look around for specialty Porsche tuning and customizing shops, and ask for advice.

I don't know how much it would cost but wouldn't it be easier to swap the engine with an original porsche turbocharged engine? Or if the engine is well maintained and in mint condition (the NA one that sits there right now) it makes no sense , but if it has high milage or it isn't all that it'll be easier IMO...
