Just a pic of my interior I got done in LA. Here's the body and then the interiorhttp://imagep.webphotos.iwon.com//1000023717/1000023717_1228200112324AM0.3121759.jpg

first off....nice ride! that is a sweet interior!

second...i have dsl connection and that took about a minute and a half to show up on the screen! damn! that is probably the reason why no one responded to this thread.

how much did you pay for the interior, and what did they use...vinyl, spray?????

WOW, that looks awesome. Any more pics? Car is coming along great.

02-11-2002, 11:34 AM
Maybe no one responded cause they just don't like me:D Naw, hope not. I didn't think the pic would come out that big. Sorry about that.

02-11-2002, 11:36 AM
Sorry. I got the interior done at Kreative in Rosemead,Ca and it cost about $1795 I think. They used vinyl. I'm in Japan now, so I've never even met anyone from the shop, but the person I dealt with is cool as hell, so I didn't have any problems.
As far as more pics, I was hoping my mom would send more. I don't know if they were able to send them all though or what, but hopefully I will be able to get some more put up. Thanks for the comments:)

From what I can see it looks nice ... The pics are taking too long and I don't feel like waiting ...

02-11-2002, 10:18 PM
VERY nice to say the least. Kreative does really top notch work in my opinion!

02-11-2002, 10:55 PM
Yeah, Kreative does a great job. Here is another pichttp://imagem.webphotos.iwon.com/1000023717/1000023717_2112002114924PM0.6173975.jpg

02-11-2002, 11:17 PM
That's tight interior man. So what would you guys suggest I do to my interior? I'm 17 and on a budget. I just want some ideas on how far $1000 could get me. (black 92 civic si hatchback)

02-12-2002, 12:24 AM
wow did you have them redo everything, how much do you think they would do a crx for?

02-12-2002, 12:34 AM

let me edit it and repost it for everyone to see.

be right back in a few minutes.

it has been resized to fit the screen better and easier for people to download

as for the FULL SIZE
you may click on the bottom link to see it. It is the orginial picture that was posted.

just doing my job to keep the place nice and clean :)

02-12-2002, 02:39 AM
that looks SOOO SWEEEEET dude.
That is a lot of $ tho to dish out for the interior. But you do get what you pay for.

btw is your floor white, or blue? Or did you leave it back? Cuz I imagine it would get dirty pretty easily. Also did you dye your carpet? Or just recarpet it?

02-12-2002, 03:56 AM
Thanks for your comments guys. The carpet is blue and it was recarpeted. As far as the pricing, they're definitely cheaper than most shops...I think. And they're big in the import/show scene so you know they're gonna be good. I've never even been to the shop, but I knew they would do a good job. That is a complete package. It includes everything, except for the trunk. I'm going to redo my audio/video though, one day, so I didn't think it was necessary for them to do it. You can give them a call if you're interested and in the SoCal area. (626)288-0565. Ask for Hung. They've got a basic package for $450 I think. I forget what all it includes, but from what I can see, they did a great job.

That car just gets better everytime I look at it. Just a quick question about the rear door handles. When you got them shaved did you have solenoids put in? My car is going into the shop on March 25th and I'm having the rear door handles shaved but I'm not sure if I need solenoids or not.

02-12-2002, 10:16 AM
LOL...thanks:D I didn't get them because I only got the back two shaved. It would have been kind of hard setting up an appointment in LA right after it got done at the body shop since I'm so far away. Your car goes in two days before my birthday. You should hold off on the car and get me my GSR swap:D

OK thanks for the info. Just give me your address and I'll have that engine mailed to you :D

02-12-2002, 11:15 AM
Alright. How soon can you have it here? Oh and I'll take some new stereo stuff and some DVD stuff too:D

02-12-2002, 12:59 PM
Sure no problem :D back to the thread. What kinda sounds you looking to put in. As I said my car goes into the shop on March 25th for a week. I'm having a new bodykit put on (front & rear bumper and sideskirts) and the rear door handles shaved.

After that I want to put a decent sound system in. I'm thinking a couple of subs in the boot with an amp and cd changer. Probably going with alpine. What are you going for?

02-12-2002, 10:13 PM
I'm not sure what exactly I want to do with the audio/video, but I want it to be crazy.

02-12-2002, 11:56 PM
Does this shop have a website?

02-13-2002, 12:12 AM
CivicLx, just out of curiosity (I heard they do this to all the cars they upolster), but did they stitch their name/logo into your seats when they did them?

02-13-2002, 04:13 AM
Naw. I don't think they have a website, but you can call them at (626)288-0565 to find out for sure. Ask for Hung when you call.
They didn't stitch their name on the seats. You think they should have?

02-13-2002, 02:32 PM
Ahh, ok, no I don't think they should have, and I don't think they should an ANY interiors they do unless you specifically ask for it, or say they can, but I had heard from someone that supposedly they stitched their name into your seats if you get them done there. But I guess that was all mere speculation. :)

02-13-2002, 07:38 PM
I'm sure they would if you wanted them too, but I would rather have them put something that is more me; like "BROKE":D

02-20-2002, 01:04 AM
Your shit looks tite mannn. Interior look's good as hell! I like the shaved handel's. I think you ought to shave the front one's too. Are you all show or both?? :sun:

02-20-2002, 03:31 AM
Eh...it's mostly show right now. It's an LX so you can't really do much with it. I'm saving for a GSR swap next, but it's going to be pretty expensive.

02-24-2002, 07:26 PM
makes me wanna get a couple rolls of vinyl and go to town.........infact, i think i will, this summer..im all about DIY jobs, and im quite crafty/artsy

02-24-2002, 07:27 PM
i'd hope that was for show only.........cause those rollaz look like they weigh more than the man in the blue corner on a heavyweight match

02-25-2002, 09:46 AM
I think it will be both once he swap's for that gsr motor. It will pull those roller's pretty well!

02-25-2002, 10:29 PM
:D yep yep...just gotta save that $

10-27-2002, 09:21 PM
seeing as how none of Mike's pics work anymore, I'll put some on here. :)
and some with the new wheels
you can also find more pics on my web page

Your car is soo phat!!!! I realy would like to get my interior done like that but 1700$ is a LOT of mula right now. How much do you think that it will think that it will cost me to get my seats vinyl wrapped and the floor recarpeted? any help would be appreciated.

11-13-2002, 01:35 AM
Hmm...well price always depends on the shop you go to. I'd say though, at the shop I went to, the seats and carpet would probably be between $650 and $1,000.
