Just bought a barely used 1988 Cutlass Ciera for my daughter & the girl that we bought it from had a friend install a CD player in it. After the installation the power locks, the dome light and the horn would no longer work. We plan to remove the CD player, but can't find the fuse box to replace the fuse. We understand that they tried replacing fuses previously, but it just kept blowing them. Obviously, the electrical system (or at least that portion) cannot handle the cd player. Any hints on where to find this particular fuse box? Thanks!

I dont know where the fuse box is on that model, but I had a similiar problem with my Thunderbird. Turned out the "Memory" fuse kept blowing, as it only had a 5 amp fuse.... The stereo techs replaced it with a 10 amp fuse, and that fixed the problem.

For the record, that fuse box for me was located under the hood.
