guys, i would like to buy a mazda 626 cronos off of this person that i know and he would give me a CHEAP price for it....he says that his vehicle didnt pass the emissions test cause of engine problems....i am a handy guy that would get to the bottom of anything,,, so i would like to know if i should get it for about 100$-200$.....
