will a 2000 cherokee motor fit into a 1990 cherokee body?

it will actually fit but getting it to work might be a bit of work.the heads are different and so are the manifolds.the blocks are pretty much the same.i know the motor mounts and all that wont be a problem.If its a 2000 grand cherokee motor its way different because the ac mounts on the bottom for one thing
