Spark plug question. Please help!T3/T4-tsi-awd 09-11-2004, 07:28 PM I've got a 96 tsi awd pretty much stock. I have an intake pipe & filter, blitz BOV, MBC, and a T3/T4 turbo.. (old one went, decided to just get it over with :D) Anyway, i just picked up some ngk plugs and im just wondering what do you guys suggest i gap them at?? kjewer1 09-11-2004, 11:44 PM .028 works for most poeple up to 25 psi. What manifold are you using with that turbo? And what wheels does it have? T3/T4-tsi-awd 09-12-2004, 01:11 PM Stock mani and stock tires/rims T3/T4-tsi-awd 09-12-2004, 01:12 PM and thanks! i'll try your suggestion guitarXgeek 09-12-2004, 01:33 PM Stock mani and stock tires/rims  I think he was asking what wheels the TURBO has, not your tires/rims ;). By that he means the size of the turbine and compressor wheel, which is a must to know especially if you have a t3/t4 since there is a horde of different turbos with t3/t4 stamped on them  T3/T4-tsi-awd 09-12-2004, 01:51 PM lol i was wondering what significance that had! well here are the specs of the turbo (apparently) Compressor specs: 54mm 2.123" 3.000" 50 3" / 2" Turbine specs: .48 or .63 T31 2.559" 2.228" (and yes, thats actually how its presented here.. no explaination as to what these numbers are, then again i dont know a hell of a lot about turbos..) thansk for the help! guitarXgeek 09-12-2004, 03:11 PM Well I'm going to have to agree with kevin here that .028 will be good for you right now. Since you don't have many supporting mods for that turbo (which looks to be about the size of a 20g), I am assuming you are keeping the boost fairly low ~14. Once you start upping the boost, .026 may be better for you. Good luck, and nice turbo :) Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
