Transmission Conversion (Auto --> 5 Speed)

I'm converting my automatic transmission in my DOHC '98 Neon to a 5 speed, so other than the obvious stuff (clutch, shifter, transmission, etc...) is there anything I need to change/modify? And is there anything specific I should know?
