mgb distributor convresion

does anyone know of a points to electronic ignition conversion for an mg? my nieghbor has an mg and he is always replacing the points. is there a company out there that sells a conversion or a new electronic distributor. he wants to keep the stock motor but he needs it more reliable. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks all.

Do you have a Moss Motors or a Victoria British catalog? I don't have my Moss Motors catalog handy, but in the Victoria British catalog there is a crane system listed. The B-Hive or Proper MG may also have something.

i found a conversion in the jc whitney catalog for 76.00. perfect price for my neighbor.
