I think I will finally give up on GM vehicles.Been faithfull for 30 years.
This Jimmy did me in! Ball Joints,Center Dome gasket, can't get key out
of ignition without screwdriver, power mirrors sieze up constantly,
wipers front and rear fail,Modules in both.Final straw,Main bearing
failed 130,000KM.Now this is bearing failure in a motor that has been
looked after.Synthetic oil every 5000 KM since new.Guess I wasted that money!Am hearing from some GM techs that bearing failure is not
uncommon in 4.3 vortec 4x4.So all you owners should beware!
Don't get me wrong I like the Jimmy to drive but it seems to me GM
better do something, maybe why they stopped producing. But is
Envoy or Trailblazer any better I doubt it.
Disguntled in Nova Scotia.
