97 cavalier - high pitch while turning left

Everytime my steering wheel turns a little to the left I get a high pitch sound. If I touch the brakes it stops. With the steering wheel straight or turned right it isn't there. Any suggestions?

brake pads the wear bar is rubbing when you turn it will get worse if you wait check that if it isnt that it may be a bearing. but i would say most likely it is the pads.
