The decision really depends on the purpose of the car. If you want all-out power

go with the 350, but if oyu want to maintain relatively good handling choose the rotary. I myself would probably lean torward the rotary. I have a turbo one in my 1974 MG Midget. The increase in power is great and I enjoy terrific handling. The major problem was running the wiring harness for the fuel injection system.
