Is this really legal in Cali...? I need info...

I was thinking of converting my SOHC vtec to a B16A3 or a GSR.. but don't really know if this is legit here in CALI? I've looked around the internet and got mixed info...

You're fine to swap the motor as long as the motor you put in is the same year or newer than the car.
