audio67 AF Newbie Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts Posts: 1	1999 Express 3500 No Power Every time I start the van it has no power for about a half mile, then it runs fine until I shut it off and restart it. Any help would be great. Thanks!
