Hey CR-V peeps First, quick intro... name's Emily, moderator over at the sol forum, powers span a couple of other forums as well, yadda yadda.... drive a 94 del Sol VTEC model.....

So why would someone with (arguably) the best Honda engine of its time want a new engine?

I can't lay off the gas... or the power shifts... or the downshifts.
Transmission is pretty much gone, and at 138xxx, the block is needing to be rebuilt a bit. So instead of doing that, in my endless pursuit of speed, I decided to go a different route. I want a b20b block... doesn't have to be the head as well, but I'll take what I can get. Ideally, I would be able to find a whole swap... engine and tranny. Yes, the transmission MUST be a 5 speed manual... no automatic for me, sorry. I don't care if it's 2wd or 4wd. Just need the tranny to hang out on there until I get a type R for it.
