A man gets pulled over after driving erraticaly and the officer comes to his window

Officer to man: Sir. have you been drinking tonight?

man to officer: Why? Is there a fat girl in my back seat?

im sure youve all heard it before but its new to me so whatever

and apparently i cant spell drunk

i have a "what not to say to an officer" joke, i just heard it the other day.

Officer: "sir, can you step out of the car?"

Man: "but then you would have to catch me and hold me up"

yeah, it is funnier in real life.
