beretta engine swap

Is it possible to bolt a 4.3 s-10 engine in a 1993 beretta? As for size and body clearance that I can handle, but as the tranny fitting i dont know. By the way emmissions wont really matter.

Re: beretta engine swap

unless you convert it to rear wheel drive i dont thing so. I dont know of any 4.3s with a fwd tranny. I would go with the 3800 if you want power. its not going to be easy

Exclamation Help On A Beretta

I need to know if a 3.1 will bolt up to a 2.2 5 speed in a 92 Beretta. If not what needs to be changed. Thanks for the fast reply

Re: beretta engine swap

it will bolt up, but you'll need the larger clutch/pressure plate for the v-6, and a new ECM and engine wiring harness from a v-6 car also.
