squeeking rear doors

i have a 97 explorer awd v-8, i've noticed the rear doors have begun to make noise when i hit even the smallest bump. it's a squeeking sound from both rear doors. help its beginning to drive me insane.

Get you a can of WD40 and lubricate the door hinges!
