Don't think any official ones are in existance... and are they bringing it back in 06? cuz 07 would make more sense

Re: Re: 2006 camaro
just go to yahoo and type in 2007 Camaro. you are bound to find some pics... none are confirmed. also look up 2007 chevelle... the pics you see of it are most likely the closest looking thing to the new camaro.

Re: Re: 2006 camaro
tell me about it... that thing is butt ugly!! and it costs a shit load!! I sure hope the camaro doesn't come out costing 40k when it comes back. I already heard that the '05 GTO is going to have the 400hp LS2 in it... i hope thats what the camaro gets.

Re: 2006 camaro
The SSR isn't a replacement for the El Camino is it?
I know that there's a Monaro that looks like the El Camino, and I think it has a LS1 in it, maybe an LS2 now.

Re: 2006 camaro
Sorry, I meant Holden, not Monaro.
There's another Holden that looks just like the El Camino if it was never retired. I just looked it up, and it's called the Ute. Look it up, it could easly be brought to the US as the El Camino.

Re: 2006 camaro
Yeah, and the last I checked it had the LS1 on the SS model, so it could easily be brought to America as an El Camino.

Re: 2006 camaro
-there is nothing in the GM woodwork about the return of the el camino.
-the camaro is coming back in 2006 as an 07 model, possibly with a new chevelle on the sigma-lite chassis.
-the monaro is the GTO, exact same car, just a transplant with the LS1. however, in 06 the GTO is going over to the sigma-lite chassis along with the camaro.
-boots is right, there is no official concept of the camaro, thats an art students deal. the reason its so popular is that (word on the street is) GM considered that car for the redesign of the camaro. not confirmed though...
