15 in tires questionviper2002 08-11-2004, 04:46 AM i have some 15 in rims, i was planning to get some low profile tires for my rims. My question is what is the difference between 205/65R-15 & 195/55R-15. Another quaestion is what would you recomend and you can also add any other info to give me a better idea what tires i should get. That would make things a lot easier to narrow down. goinbig 08-11-2004, 07:51 PM The 205/65-15 is 205millimeters (mm) wide and is 65mm from the rim the the outermost part of the tire (sidewall height). The other one is 195mm wide and has a sidewall height of 55mm. Hope this helps.
