Transmission problems Hard to diagnose
Crank car then put into gear no reverse no forward
Stop motor crank car again goes in gear forward and reverse fine
Drive car shifts good
Stop at sigh drops out of gear
Stop motor then crank put into drive
1st good 2nd good 3 long shift then drops out og gear (slips) went in od once only drove it 1 mile from light acceleration to hard same results

Stop motor restart in seconds drives good in all gears then slips out of gear and no reverse
No pump or filter wine fluid tangy red no burnt smell
No knowledge of history except the filter was changed
Motor seems fine
Doesn’t act the same way all the time
Has anybody had this before?
