Lightbulb overheating

hey guys my 89 626 is overheating and none of the cooling fans go on. also the vents,fans, AC and heater and front defroster none of that is working and responding i checked the fuses and its not blown. need help need to get from A to B thanks in advance...

yo i got the same problem., so the mechanic temporarily hooked the fan directly 2 the battery until, i could get it 2 them 4 a further look. u have msn?
