The reason they are call Flex is that they are flexible for cars driven on the street and track. They are also compatible with their EDFC controller which is an in-car adjustment system (especially handy for adjusting the rear coilovers which are not easily accessible after installation). We were the first shop in the US that sold these for the Z (in fact that customer, Michael Stewart aka Skidazzle, was recently featured in modified magazine). I will PM you with a quote for both pieces (just PMed you earlier with the two Apex pieces you requested). The height is adjustable (you can actually make the car slightly higher if you wish).
