Hi,

Since yesterday check light and rear light warning is on . i went to local shop for rear light bulbs and it looks like by replacing brake light bulb it start working again but reverse light is very dim even after replacing bulbs and rear warning light is still on.
for check engine i went to autozone and the code comes out to be Transmission ann switch off the check engine light but it comes back again today. both the warning light comes together..is this looks like a electrical issue or should i go to dealer and have complete diagnostic before it is too late..for last 2 months i also have starting problem that in the morning i have to press ignition key 5-6 times before engine actually starts..is something relaled..i check the battery from sears and they say battery and connections are good.
any help will be appreciated

This is usually caused by a short in the rear wiring harness of the vehicle. You should either have this checked, or check it yourself. Sometimes the wiring harness burns up in certain connections, and needs to be replaced.
