90 Volvo 240 to turn into Turbo

How easy is it to turn my normal, every-day mild-mannered 1990 Volvo 240 into a Volvo turbo? Is it as easy as bolting on a turbocharger, and doing a bit of wiring and suspension work? I would probably also want to convert it to a stick shift from the boring auto transmission. I have a donor 242 GT that I think would be great for suspension modifications. Or am I looking at a serious, money-hungry job?

No it's really just the matter of installing the whole package and maybe need to lower the compression a bit. No hard things.

Make sure it's legal to install a turbo to a non-turbo car though.
It's not in Sweden, cause if it was I would.
