Re: Turbo or Supercharger
I'd go with Hahn's turbo or Johnny Mack's turbo on j-body.org

Re: Turbo or Supercharger
Just make sure you have plenty of blow-off valves, whether you go with the turbo or the blower.

Re: Turbo or Supercharger
when you put BOV in a series it adds HP, 1 BOV=25 HP, 2 BOV=40HP, and if you get really stupid and do 3 bov=55HP!!

Re: Turbo or Supercharger
what I'd do is ebay a t3 turbo and intercooler blow off valve and take it all to a machine shop and have them bend and weld all the pipes to the header and then figure out how you'd get oil to it (this part I am still tring to figure out) and then adjust the waste gate for liks 7 psi of boost (7 might be pushing it. Alsomake sure that is 7 psi at red line!) and then you'll have 200+HP with it.

Re: Turbo or Supercharger
if you have one of the last 2.4L that were made in 02 then you can safley run 10 pounds of boost which takes you to about 255HP! i run about 8psi for normal driving and when i take it to the track i put it up to 10psi

Re: Turbo or Supercharger
to get oil to the turbo, you put a t-fitting in where the oil pressure sensor thing is and have one side point out and one up... put the sensor back into the one pointing out and have the one pointing up feed the turbo... feed oil back in to the oil pan from the turbo.
