Anyone have a link to a site that has new shafts? Seems my clicking noise was coming from the inner cv which I did not notice had a torn boot and grit found it's way in there and wasted the cv joint. Nissan is a rip off since they want ~$400 for a new axle but a Drivetrain Specialists in Las Vegas will rebuild it for $119 with new boots(24 hour turn around)....tried the warranty route but got rejected. :finger4: so i am exploring my options, any ideas?

Autozone.com has them for $99 + $80 core charge.

As far as I know, that is for the complete halfshaft (REMANUFACTURED).

The Autozone listing says it is for "either side" but that doesn't make sense. Isn't one shaft longer than the other?

They are identical.

That's a good price, good enough to carry a spare.

I've been keeping an eye on my local Pull-N-Save (http://www.pullnsave.com/) for dead Frontiers and Pathfinders, but they don't get them in very often. I wouldn't mind having an entire spare front end, just in case.

Autozone.com is still giving an error :(
