86 626 problem starting after overheat

Hi All,

my 86 626 overheated the other night. Discovered a bypass? hose coming off the thermostat area had split and blew coolant everywhere.
For some reason the battery decided to go dead at the same time. Next day fixed the hose and refilled coolant, charged the battery and now it turns over but wont fire. Any ideas? Thanks for any info.

your engine overheated, could that have anything to do with it?
