It's pointless. Do a search and you'll come up with a few threads that explain.

YOU HAVE SYNCHROS! DOUBLE CLUTCHING IS POINTLESS IN A FUCKING HONDA!

Okay, Ricochet said it in a nutshell.

Basically, double clutching was used to rev match the gears when you shifted. This was done on older cars, like the older muscle cars that were sticks, etc...before the days of the modern synchromesh trannys. Basically, you put the clutch in, shift into nuetrel, and rev the motor up. When you hit the right rpm to rev match the gears, you put the clutch in AGAIN and shift into gear. Hence the term DOUBLE CLUTCHING. They use the clutch twice in the shift. It was used a lot in downshifting, etc, since the tranny didn't have synchos to match the revs for them.

Now as Ricochet said. You have a Honda. Hondas have synchomesh trannys. All cars nowadays do. Heck, the 1984 Toyota Camry had synchos in the tranny. Doulbe clutching was done on older cars because it was NEEDED. You don't need to do it on the modern trannys thanks to the synchos. Just because Vin Deisel said to do it in a movie doesn't mean it's right. Vin was wrong. You don't doulbe clutch a honda. You double clutch your dads old 46 Ford.
