Is it posible to use part from a 91 Nissan Sentra for a 90 240SX hatchback? If so, what part are inter-changeable?..

Yeah, they interview the owner of the car and ask him for a dyno dare. He said he got this and that bolt on stuff, and expect the car to make 200hp with at least 150 at the wheel. So they test it, and it only made 120hp.....oww....ouchhhhhhhh. I love the AE86 and it's supercharge engine, but damn that's just ridiculous. The guy said he's a big fan of Initial D, and he's a big driting fanatic. But he put it in a four door Corolla. Go figure, maybe he doesn't know about the 88 Corolla GTS 3door?. Anyway seriously, can I use part from sentra for a 240? Because my 240 need help bad and i'm trying to do everything to cut cost. Not all of us could afford to be big Pimping like that guy.
