528e 1986 making sounds when taking off and acompanied by shaking

I have a 1986 528e and it is making this scary sound when i take off, it makes this sound where clunks like it rubbing againest something towards my back rear passanger side and shakes my car when takign off, this just started happening out of no where, and its only when i take off. then when i hit about 30 it is very quite and the car stops shaking, but nonetheless i still hear it.

This is, most likely, a broken Driveshaft Cemter Support CAUSED BY a seizing u-joint. While just replacing the Support Bearing and the Flex Disc if it's a 5-speed, may give you some relief the only real cure is replacing the Driveshaft. I had great success with 'Drivelines NW' in Portland, OR, and I have tried other suppliers with some dissappointing results [and returns] which meant delays in completed repairs. I've used them for years.......jb.
