Hey im a little lost on how to tell the years on a few crx's... do only 91's have the plexi glass in the back? thanks:rolleyes:

could you be a little more specific about the "plexiglass in the back" part?

84-87 ugly no small window in back
88-89 window in back
90-91 window in back seatbelt attached to door
OR
Look in side the driver door on sticker.

I know that the 88-89 Has bigger tailights then the 90-91. the 90-91 has a black strip on the top and bottom of the tailights to make it look thinner.

What the hell does that have to do with the plexi glass window?

88-89 crx si's have rear brake drums, have smaller bumper lights and its all orange, the corner lights have 2 screws on them.
90-91 crx si's have 4 wheel brake disc,have bigger bumper lights

Yeah...the EASIEST way to tell 88-89 and 90-91 CRX's (or Civics) apart is the front turn signals and corner lights.

88-89 have two screws holding in corner lights
90-91 have no external screws in corner lights

88-89 all orange turn signals in front
90-91 clear lenses in tunsignals with goofy orange insert (little longer too than 88-89 turnsignal too

And the taillight thing someone mentioned...The tailights on the newer ones look thinner due to black non-transparent trim at top and bottom.

I think all 88-91 CRX's have rear plexi-glass in vertical part of trunk (which is really glass..not plex-glass) but I figured that is what you were talking about.

Well i guess as long as you know what i am talkin about... hey thanks alot all of you who replied... i figured bein only 15... and new to all of this... I would get alot more shit than i do! So i think its pretty bad that you guys are that cool to me.. thanks again.
