97 626 hesitation on acceleration

Hello!! I have a 97 626 that has a dead spot, or hesitation on acceleration from a stop. Otherwise, it runs perfectly. There is no check engine light on or any codes in the computer. I have replaced plugs, wires, air, and fuel filters - no help. I would appreciate any suggestions or comments. Thanks in advance!! Sincerely, Dave.

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a re-conditioned alternator. Jay

Have your distributer checked .
Have the computer reprogrammed.
