Cool carb to tbi

can i take a tbi and put it were the carb was? is how mch is a tbi at junk yard and do i have to have a new computer to ,and how many mods will have to bee done? thanks

fullrange box with 2 12s ans 2 tweets. they are shitty some sale yard stuff buts its ran off a boss 4 ch 400w
1 pioneer 12 immp 150 rms (its a peice of shit to but it gets the job done) in a sealed box with leaks
its ran off a old school jensen 250 watts bridged

they make aftermarket tbi's for any make or model of vehicle .Personally I think TBI is alot better that carbs because it delivers a more precise air fuel ratio to the cylinders...Yes it will have to have a computer and a few moifications , but it will all be explained in the instructions if you buy the kit.Getting it from a junkyard is not recommended...

u have to have a different intake, and computer and wiring harness, cuz the tbi involves many sensors, i have put the motor out of an 86 truck w/carb in my 87 w/tbi, and i swapped it, and all u have to do is swap intakes....but i already had all the right wiring and stuff there so it was alot easier for me
