I have a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo.... i can find the oil dipstic for the engine but there is no dipstic for the auto tranny oil. Please advise where i can find it, there is no place in the manual that tells me where that would be....thanks

There is no oil dipstick for the transmission. All you have is a fill plug on the side of the tranny and you just fill it until the level of oil is upto the bottom of that hole.
