This has been a very long time coming.
I've owned 4 turbo MKIIs, 2 MKII NAs and 3 MKI's in my life.
I haven't owned a MKI since 2000.
I've missed it.

Regardless of what I have done with Jekyl and Hyde, they will never be as purely fun to drive as the MK1s are.
So I bought another one. This is #10 for me.

I picked it up Saturday.
It's a red '86 sunroof car with a bad case of rod knock.
I picked up an engine and 2 traffic citations (in my Sprint) in NY state Friday (see NY/NJ/PA forum for thread on that)

This is just going to be my new daily driver, no big plans for it ... yet.

lol ... you guys show me the dollars and I will go 1.5 with it. Like I said, this is replacing my daily driver.
