Unhappy Failed emission test

code shown P1139 can someone help me find what this damn code is and how i can fix it,,,, i think its an o2 sensor befor the cat,,,,, but that was changed a month ago,,,, HELP PLZ

The 96s and up have an o2 sensor in each exhaust manifold as well as one before and after the catalytic convertor.

That code is this: P1139 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 2

I haven't the faintest which 02 sensor that refers to, but it stands to reason that it could be one of the others you haven't replaced yet. This is especially true if you've had any other major engine troubles. Antifreeze permanently fouls oxygen sensors something fierce if its getting burned off. I also had a mechanic tell me that 100,000 mi is a good rule of thumb for the life of an 02 sensor. The two in the manifolds are supposed to be fairly obvious (I wouldn't know since my 95 doesn't have them). It's somewhere to start anyway.
