*G35* what a peice of pipe (ass)Fabius 01-29-2002, 09:26 PM :) My dad got a magazine called "World of Wheel's Canada's Auto Magazine" its got some really good fact one the new cars that are going to be coming out. Stuff like fuel usage engine capacity... you know everyday stuff you need to know about your car. I found two cars that seem very very interesting first the: G35 WoW what a car the engines supposed to be producing 260hb + an its got the Skyline suspension which is supposed to provide a fuckin great ride, I jus cant wait. What makes the car better is a 6spd manual trans an also real wheel drive... im still WoW'in the other car that was suprised me was the new Turbocharged Neon... a fuckin peice of shit thats gonna hit the market with a turbo and a intercooler. I still cant get over it a pile of scrap metal gets a turbo, ohh well thats americans for you. the end:sun: p_r_i_m_e_r_a 01-29-2002, 09:55 PM Whats the performance stats on that pile of scrap metal:confused: 2002G20Racer 01-29-2002, 10:05 PM My friends Dad drove the G35 and said it was crazy fast. 260hp and 260lb tqe is a lot of power. The looks of the car are also growing on me but I still think the P11 looks a lot better. b-b00gie 01-29-2002, 11:32 PM Originally posted by Fabius ... an its got the Skyline suspension Because it is a Skyline. Just as the G20's were rebadged Nissan Primeras, the new G35 is a rebadged V35 Skyline which has been out in Japan for a few months now. Cue-Ball 01-30-2002, 12:49 AM Since when does the G35 get a 6 speed manual? Last time i looked it was only going to be offered with an auto tranny (which can be manually shifted). b-b00gie 01-30-2002, 06:11 AM Yep 5 spd auto as far as I know... Well they'd better put a 5 or 6 spd manual in it if they ever want to sell on to me. ;) BTW I'm moving this to it's riteful forum. You guys should know better. :D Mrcoilover 01-30-2002, 03:16 PM I seriously doubt this car will be under $30k. It will probably be bout the same as the IS300. So that means I'll be looking to spend bout $30-33k for this fine machine. G-Forces 01-30-2002, 04:42 PM Originally posted by Mrcoilover I seriously doubt this car will be under $30k. Have you seen the pricing of the new Z? Freaking amazing! tmr 02-03-2002, 09:54 PM According to www.infiniti.com, the base price will be $27,100 with no options. The same 6-speed that will be in tehe 350Z will be available in 6-12 months. I didn't think they could get away with selling a sport sedan without a manual tranny. :) tmr 02-04-2002, 10:01 PM I don't get it. Lexus and Infiniti both want to compete with the 3-series BMW, but don't offer a manual until a year after introduction. I think that this may be a holdover from their luxury car mindset, which both need to leave at the door when doing a car for this segment. Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
