Drivability issues??

I was reading a thread from this guy who drove a viper. It was an RT/10, and I think those vipers only(lol..only) have like 410 HP, and about 488 ft/lb of torque.
Anyways, he was saying that in 3rd gear doing 60 mph he could punch the throttle and spin the rear wheels so badly tht the car would run sideways until he got his traction back.

Well, since a supercharged/turbocharged LS-1 will make power in those numbers, will the performance be the same. I assume it will be very difficult to get torque numbers like that,(manual tranny) but still...damn.

Yes. A Supercharged or Nitroused LS1 will make power just like the Viper will.
Car gets REAL fun! Not a car to drive in the winter, but a S/C isnt always going to kick the ass end out. Remember, it take a FEW seconds to build boost. Around town, you can keep the revs down to keep the boost down, if wanted.

But when you go WOT, watch out Vipers!
