My wifes 97 Grand Caravan 3.3 auto, 145k miles, started idling rough & set ML code 43 (P303). I replaced plugs, wires & coil. No change. With the scanner attached quite a few misses logged only at idle. A timing light on #3 wire also shows a miss. Any help on this? Is it possible to swap plug wires from the other tower of the coil to see if the miss moves?

Just the other day a new problem, Code #45 (P700). Trans dropped to limp-in. Shop checked TCM codes - 28, 24, 74. I can't find any list of these codes or remedies
