1999 Tahoe

I just bought a 1999 Chevy Tahoe. There is keyless entry on it the only problem is there are no remotes. The dealer wants $80 each and then another $45 to progam them. A friend gave me a remote and I was wondering if it work and if I can program it or do I have to go to the dealer???

You could always buy and install the $30/35 dollar keyless remote from JC Whitney.

all depends what vehicle the remote came from /// pm me with the 7or 8 digit numer at the back of the remote and i can tell you if it will work and how to program
