Do the lights where the heater and everything like that still work? If they dont then it's probably your dimmer switch. Also check all your wires to make sure that no wires are touching metal.

Maybe you tapped into the wrong power line on your install of the CD player. Is it possible to disconnect the player and see if your dimmer lights work. In other words back track everything you did or the last thing you did before you noticed the problem.

accords have the same style circuit on the radio as the 92-95 civics. the difference w/ the civics is that it would be your clock that's not working right now. you put in an aftermarket radio right? there's one lead wire that runs to the back of the stock radio that completes (closes) the dimmer circuit for your dash lights. use a light tester to find the wire then loop it back into your dimmer circuit. (meaning connect it, can't remember off hand what color it is, but you probobly only have three wires not connected behind your radio right now. one is the "hot" wire it has power to it, one is the output which you need to connect that hot wire to. the other one i have no clue what it does.) anyways, hope this helps.
