Question rumbling breaking noise

I have a 98 4runner and it has started to make a rumbling noise when i break and it comes from the front not the back - any idea on this? Thanks!

Sounds to me like your pads are worn out and you're hitting metal on metal. My wife did that to her Avalon and it ended up costing $1300 for new rotors and pads.
