Need some info here. I'll probably make the upgrade this year.

What's the part number? Who's got the best price?

Who's got install instructions (I know who, but post the link for others) :)

I have heard that the bolts that hold the hub on come off easy and get lost on the trail. What's the best solution?

Oh, and what about Pro-Comp hubs?

Get real bolts and lock washers, problem solved.

They do stick out quite a bit though. Most of my jeeping buddies have a spare they keep with them. I have only heard of someone breaking them once (bounced onto a rock right on the edge of it)

Use some blue Loctite on the bolts.

ProComp hubs? Didn't know they offered them. I'd stick with Warm Premium.

I have a pair of Warns and they are excellent... A little hard to turn while cold "axle that is" but once you drive on them for a couple minutes the inner fluids loosen and it turns real nice. They look good, perform excellent and arent to bad of a price....

I had a few get loose and one was in my wheel cover!
Where do you put the Loctite?
Do you put it on the bolt and then thread it into the hub and then attach the outer bolts?

I've had the exact same thing happen ...

Put a little on the bolt, put some more around the nut when you have it close to tight.

I remember reading about that happening to someone but was not sure who.

They are a good contender to the Warns, I think finish and quality of materials is far superior, and they look real nice too. they have the same mechanism, and are made by the same company (warn and MM get them from the same place)

the MM hubs have a steel insert, while the Warns are aluminum. they also go 330 degrees from lock to unlock, at least the premium ones do, I will post a photo when I get home.

It's an option, but I think they are a tad more in price. maybe 10-20 bucks
