Question Trouble starting - Possible fuse problem

Hello. I'm having some trouble starting my car today. It's not the battery because it turns over when I try it. The thing I noticed different is that the lights on the dashboard (check engine, oil, batt) don't light up when I turn the ignition. Anybody have any suggestions? Your help on this would be appreciated.
