Serpentine Belt

1993 Saturn SL L4-116 1.9L DOHC MFI

before i even pop hte hood i was just wondering,

first, what's the size of the bolt on the tensioner?

second, do i need to remove anything to access the drive belt tensioner

14MM go thru the right wheel opening, the spash shield is held in with a few push pins
