I Need Help On My 2000 Grand Am Gt

I need someones help on two problems.
1.) My DRL's are always on. Not just the daytime lights, but the ENTIRE headlight, which in turn, forces my dash lights to be on. I first noticed this when I needed to replace a headlight, and once it was replaced, it started doing this. Up until this point it had worked fine. I have heard mentioned how the indicator may be covered, which is located in your front dash under the grill for the defrost, but its not covered.
2.) My fog lamps no longer work. The switch on the left side of dash, when turned to the "on" position, the light does not come on to indicate it being on, and the lights do not come on either. I can hear the relay noise from the fuse box on the passenger side, but both the relay and fuse are good. I replaced the entire fog lamp switch, but that wasn't the problem.

Does anybody have any ideas??
Thank you!
