Whats is the latest news on it, did they apply it and declare Tommi the winner??

My friend just told me today that Citroen retracted the appeal and Tommi is now the Monte Carlo winner.

Yes, he's old, and pretty much retired, but still a great driver! I remember him driving a 'Grale....Those were the days! :)
