Spark Plugs

I was just wondering, if you were to install the top of the line spark plugs for your car, do they actually improve performance?

no just helps if you have worn out plugs. you're engine will run smoother if you are replacing beat plugs. if you have one chamber firing, and then replace them all so they all work, i would consider that a gain
