a/c filter on 2002 cr-v

My CR-V owners manual suggests replacing a/c filter every 30k miles. I now have 80k miles and have never replaced the filter (my fault!). The manual doesn't explain where the filter is or how to replace it. Would really appreciate some direction. Many thanks! Ron

On the older ones its behind the glove box. On mine you have to take off the glove box and theres a bunch of plastic ducting, a small portion of it should clip on and off, pop it off and voilia. Mines really hard to take out, maybe (hopefully) they changed the design.

Yeah 02 has changed. Just lower the glove box and there is an access panel just open it and remove them take note on how they come out or you might get confused on putting them back.
