If your car his hesitating or almost cutting off SE-R.net has a procedure for cleaning the EGR Valve in your car that works great.

A super novice mechanic like me did it. After I finally found the idle switch I did this and now my car is running great !!!

GT...it's not that hard. Your intake manifold is covering it, but it's in the same spot as the picture. Since you have a low-port, the manifold overlaps the top of the EGR instead of being exposed like high port. To clean it, take the tube off the top and unbolt the 2 side bolts. If it's clogged it will have carbon build up in it. Clean it out, and replace. You might want to get a new gasket first, they're only a couple bucks. It takes a whole 5 min. to disconnect if you're taking your time.

carb cleaner, brake cleaner, and some rags. Just make sure it has evaporated before re-installing. Make sure that it plunges smoothly.

The bolts are about one inch down. There's two; one on each side. If you can't plainly see the bolts, you're most likely looking at the AIV valve. You want the EGR which is farthest to the left if looking at the engine.
